An appointment can be arranged via phone or email – see the contact page for details
Making this initial step can be difficult and some people find that attending their first therapy session is daunting prospect because they do not know what to expect. When someone gets beyond these anxieties, they quickly discover that it is possible to explore the problems that are affecting their life. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like when making your first appointment.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is important to contact me as soon as possible. If you give less than 24 hours then I may have to charge you for the counselling session.
Each one to one counselling session will last a maximum of one hour and cost £35 for an individual, £40 for a couple.
