What I offer
As an experienced Counsellor I aim to provide a safe environment where you will feel accepted and understood.
I have experience of working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and issues. As a Person-Centred Counsellor I trust that you are the expert and hold the key to resolving the issues you are struggling to understand and cope with. In trusting the process I am able to be alongside you supporting and enabling you to safely explore these issues. I look on each client as a unique individual with whom I have the privilege to journey for a time.
I charge £35 for a 60 minute therapy session for individuals, £40 for couples. This may sound expensive but I keep this low as I believe that counselling should be as accessible as possible.
Counselling is confidential in lines with the BACP’s Ethical Framework. I am an Accredited member of BACP and abide by their ethical framework.
